It Started With a Ketubah
When I got married in 2023, I couldn’t find a design that felt like my husband and me. The options I liked were often expensive, and even then, they still felt generic.
So I created my own.
Our first date was off-roading through the forest, so I incorporated trees, woodland elements and subtle wildlife into the design, while keeping the overall look modern, minimal and inspired by hand-painted watercolour. I worked with our rabbi to make sure the text was correct, and the final piece felt personal while still rooted in Jewish tradition.
After our wedding, friends and family began asking me to create Ketubahs for them too. What stood out was how much they valued being part of the design process and creating something around their own story instead of choosing from a set collection.
That idea became Something Jewish.
Today, what began with custom Ketubahs has grown into a wider collection of personalised Judaica. From Ketubahs to baby blessings, home blessings and more, each piece is designed around your memories, photographs, colours and meaningful places, then professionally printed to create something truly personal and special.
Because meaningful pieces should feel like they were made for you.
